When and where OFFF 2022 is celebrated?

OFFF 2022 will take place at its home – The Disseny Hub Barcelona (Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes, 37, 08018 Barcelona) on May 5–7.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
The ticket sales system uses a secure server with the latest encryption technology.

How can I check that the purchase has taken place correctly?

Accepted Answer

If your purchase has taken place correctly, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with detailed information on the purchase you have just made. This e-mail may not reach your in-tray as some Internet services flag it as spam. We recommend you always check the "Spam" section.
You can also check it by consulting your card statement or online banking service.

If my ticket is purchased on a company’s name, can I get an invoice?"

Accepted Answer

When you purchase the ticket, the system automatically generates the invoice. We recommend you to check the the "Spam" section.
If it didn’t work, please send a request to estela@offf.barcelona, indicating your full name, type of the purchased ticket (Early Bird / Regular), the paid amount and the billing information.

Is it possible to use my 2020/2021 ticket for OFFF 2022 edition?

Accepted Answer

No, the previously purchased tickets are not valid for the upcoming OFFF 2022 Barcelona edition.
If you've requested a refund for OFFF 2020/2021 edition and haven’t received it, please send your request to info@offf.barcelona.

No, each ticket only has a unique number.

Can I buy tickets onsite?

Accepted Answer

The remained tickets can be purchased at the box office of The Disseny Hub Barcelona on the day of the festival. Please keep in mind that usually all tickets are sold out before the festival, so better hurry up ;)

Welcome Pack Goodies

Accepted Answer

The Welcome Pack Goodies will be announced in early 2022.
You will get Welcome Pack Goodies at the registration desk at The Disseny Hub Barcelona the day you arrive to the festival.

Cancel or modify the purchase

Accepted Answer

No changes or refunds will be accepted after the transaction has been carried out. 
An error during the purchase or failure to attend the event, among other reasons, will not be grounds for a refund of the sum or any modification to tickets purchased. 
The purchase amount of the tickets will only be reimbursed in the event of a verified technical problem within the purchase or total cancellation of the event.
Please mind that the ticket is valid for OFFF Barcelona 2022 edition only.
Since the ticket is not nominal, you can pass it to a colleague or a friend.
